The Devil’s Trident
I created this dark and daunting blood red cocktail for Halloween.
I wanted to explore the use of ingredients that would not typically be combined to see if I could create a whole new flavor.
This unholy union successfully gave birth to something unexpected and complex. Maybe it’s not so daunting after all.

Instructions
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry speared onto a trident.
