By the Toe

Add everything except the bitters to tin. Flash blend or shake with crushed ice. Pour into a collins glass and fill with more crushed ice. Top with three dashes of Angostura bitters. Garnish with mint sprigs and an orange peel rosette (a long orange peel rolled up and speared on a bamboo spear).
