Cinnamon syrup adds a ton of flavor to any cocktail. It’s made by steeping cinnamon sticks into sugar syrup. Stronger flavors can be had by using cassia cinnamon rather than the more mild ceylon variety. It’s very easy to make at home. Learn how in our Homemade Stuff section.
