Pineapple molasses
Made from pineapple juice and blackstrap molasses, we use the commercially available syrup from BG Reynolds. It’s a dark, savory and delicious concoction that adds a ton of flavor to a cocktail. A DIY version could be made by infusing pineapple into a rich simple syrup and adding just the right amount of molasses, but the proprietary ratio of the BGR product makes this special.
