Cream of coconut
Cream of coconut is syrup made from coconut milk, sugar and water. It’s often used in tiki cocktails, giving them a thick and creamy consistency with a lot of rich coconut flavor and a luscious mouthfeel. While there are readily available products available for purchasing, mixing up your own homemade cream of coconut is one of the easier products to make and doesn’t even require heat.
