Orange bitters
A form of cocktail flavoring, orange bitters are flavored with such ingredients as the peels of Seville oranges, cardamom, caraway seed, anise, coriander and sweetness from sugar. Flavors very from brand to brand and range from bright and fragrant to very bitter. Our favorite is an equal mixture of Fee Brothers orange bitters and Regans’, forming a combination called Feegans’.
