Using fresh-squeezed pineapple juice in your cocktails is ideal but the process isn’t always easy without fancy equipment. Even then, a lot of waste product is produced and the process can be time-consuming. If fresh juice isn’t available, there are some commercially available products available but take caution to find ones that are 100% juice without added sweeteners.
