Apricot liqueur

Most apricot flavored liqueurs are made by macerating and infusing the flesh and kernels in a neutral spirit and/or distilling the fermented apricot juice directly. Apricot liqueur can often be used in recipes calling for apricot brandy but the spec may need to be adjusted to compensate for the added sweetness of the liqueur.
