I saw Mommy Drinking Bajan Rum

Looking at the spec, I was worried this might be a bit sweet for me. I tend to enjoy my stirred drinks on the spirit-forward, dry side. Any worries I had were removed upon the first sip. Sure, it’s sweet, but in the most perfect sense. All the spiced elements come together to create a deeply layered flavor. The full quarter-ounce of Peychaud’s is a brilliant addition as it creates a complex undertone to the whole drink and one that especially stays on the extended finish.
