I craved the Zombie flavor but wanted something as easy to throw together as a daiquiri so I made this.
It’s even simpler than the excellent variations made by tiki legends Beachbum Berry and Martin Cate.
Sometimes I get lazy and just want something quick but familiar.
There are times you need to restrain your zombies so they don’t get away!

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a mint leaf.
