Deep Blue Sea
Brian created a new original cocktail for the first 100 days of the Pandemic. Every one of them I’ve made has been delicious and this is no exception.
He specified a multi-island light rum blend so I went with two of my favorites. The combo brings rums together from Trinidad, Guyana, Santo Domingo, Jamaica and Barbados.
Staring into the Deep Blue Sea is a nice distraction from the lockdown.

Instructions
Shake all ingredients with crushed ice until chilled and open pour into a tiki mug. Garnish with mint sprigs and an edible flower.
