Hemingway Daiquiri
This classic cocktail has a million recipes scattered about and they taste wildly different.
Often called the Hemingway Special, the El Floridita #4, or even the Daiquiri #3, these variants mix in a bit of grapefruit juice and maraschino liqueur into the traditional daiquiri.
I tend to be pretty sensitive about the balance and lean just a tad over to the dry side so this is my go-to variant.
