Jekyll and Hyde

I’m not sure why this is called the Jekyll and Hyde but I can guess. The sweet apple-cinnamon flavors combine with the caramel notes of the bourbon to disguise this drink as something light and easy. Containing two high proof spirits, a few of these might end up switching you from. Dr. Jekyll to Mr. Hyde. It’s autumn in a glass.

Instructions

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a double rocks glass over a large cube. Express and garnish with a lemon and an orange peel.
