Want something creamy but with more depth of flavors than the standard piña colada? This drink will fit the bill.
The lime adds that all important sour component to bring balance to an otherwise one-dimensional cocktail style. The curaçao and cinnamon syrup add a spicy and rich element.
Justin’s standard recipe calls for white Puerto Rican rum but since I was going for depth, I changed that up as well with a blend of two rums.

Shake all ingredients with crushed ice until chilled and open pour into a hurricane glass. Garnish with a lime wheel, sprig of mint, and a cinnamon stick.
