My ears perk up whenever I see cocktails that utilize figs as an ingredient. It’s a favorite flavor of mine. This was certainly the case when I saw this one.
Unfortunately for me, the Amaretto overtook the fig flavor and pushed it to the back.
I think if I make this again I’ll switch the amounts and see if that works better for me. Your mileage may vary, of course.

Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with an orange twist wrapped around three brandied cherries on a pick.
