The Modern Classic Cocktails book by Death & Co. features some absolutely killer agave-based drinks. Every one I’ve made has been pretty stellar.
Named after The Allman Brothers Band, this drink also has two almond-flavored components to it. Could they possibly be brothers?
We have here a masterpiece of balance. It uses no less than four sweeteners all balanced by the lime.
The front man of this band is the tequila, which shines bright thanks to its bandmates.
