Blue Hawaii-Tai
Another fun Mai Tai riff, this comes from Kevin Crossman of The Search for the Ultimate Mai Tai. This drink is inspired by the Blue Hawaii cocktail.
Lemon juice replaces lime and brightens up this drink, making it especially vibrant.
The most significant differentiator here is the rum blend. A nice dose of Jamaican funk is the most present flavor here.
The drink calls for a snifter, but I drank this on the Fourth of July and went for the red, white and blue thing.

Instructions
Shake all ingredients with crushed ice until chilled and open pour into a small snifter. Garnish with tropical fruit and a mint sprig.
