Wanting something tropical and filled with refreshing fruit juices, I opened the must-have Minimalist Tiki book and found this drink. I’m glad I did!
This golden drink looks to be inspired by Don the Beachcomber’s Sumatra Kula but replaces its light rum with two flavor-packed rums and introduces cinnamon to the mix.
A much richer experience, I prefer this version to the original.

Add everything to tin. Flash blend or shake with crushed ice. Pour into a large snifter. Fill with fresh crushed ice and garnish with a cinnamon stick and a mint sprig.
