What happened when a Gin Sour swiped right on a Negroni? Nine months later, the Enzoni was born. Okay, that’s not entirely true. This drink was developed at the famed NYC bar Milk & Honey in 2003. It’s particularly refreshing and likely a good gateway for those new to the bitter flavors that Campari brings.

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a tin and muddle the grapes then add ice and shake. Strain into a frozen rocks glass with ice and garnish with a grape and an orange slice.
