Meauxbar Rum Cocktail

An elevated variation of the classic Hurricane, this one mixes in an upgraded rum blend with some herbal Green Chartreuse making it far more interesting. It’s fitting that this riff hails from New Orleans where the Hurricane cocktail is now synonymous and countless have been served at Pat O’Brien’s bar since World War II. This drink’s creator says it’s meant to be fun and nostalgic, fruity and boozy. That it is, Gillian. That it is.
