Black Feather Cocktail
Developed as a house cocktail for the maker’s home bar, this spirit-forward drink is dry and well balanced.
It would be easy to confuse this for an older classic as it has all those same traditional characteristics.
Those preferring a bit more sweetness may want to substitute curaçao in place of Cointreau or add a bit of simple syrup to taste.
I like it just the way it is.

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with an orange twist.
