This is a riff on the classic Brown Derby cocktail.
My variation adds coffee and molasses flavors to make for a decadent experience that when combined with the grapefruit juice, will surprise you.
Who knew that fruit juices with coffee could be so good?
The combination is both rich and refreshing.

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
