It was a late night and I had a few drinks already but was curious about this one. I made a quick version of it as shown that was split between two smaller old fashioned glasses and ungarnished just to get a taste.
I’m glad I did! Brian is very playful with delicious flavor combinations that aren’t often explored such as the Cynar, coconut, passion fruit combo going on here.
The fruit flavors tame the bitterness of the Cynar, making it create a beautiful base on which everything else is built.

Instructions
In a blender, combine with two cups of crushed ice. Blend until fully smooth. Pour into a tiki mug. Garnish with pineapple fronds, a parasol and a flower.
