Colonel Beach’s Plantation Punch
This drink is based on one Don the Beachcomber served at Colonel’s Plantation Beefsteak and Coffee House in 1950s Waikiki.
Oftentimes it’s the ingredients on our shelves that cause us to discover new drinks. Guided by thirst, I set out to find a refreshing tiki drink that would use the Bundaberg ginger beer I had on hand.
This did not disappoint.
