Reverend’s Tai

I’m a big fan of the Mai Tai and have enjoyed discovering all the incredible diversity one can mix into this seemingly simple cocktail. It’s the perfect tiki template and has inspired countless variations. This one is a perfect example of creatively riffing on the classic. It keeps things familiar while adding a whole other flavor profile. It was created by Matt Pietrek, the author of the great and essential Minimalist Tiki book.
