Trinidad Sour

One might think at first glance that this spec is wrong but, hell no, it’s 100% accurate. Yes, this drink calls for an entire ounce of Angostura bitters as a part of its base. While this may be shocking to some, when combined with the other ingredients here, the final drink is beautifully balanced and delicious without being all that bitter. At nearly 45% ABV, the Angostura bitters make for a fine base spirit. You better get yourself some big ol’ bottles of bitters because you’ll be making a few of these.
