Orange Daiquiri No. 2
The daiquiri template is perfect for making variations. This orange riff utilizes Créole shrubb as its base.
Créole shrubb is an orange liqueur made with rhum agricole. It’s usually bottled at 40% ABV and is made by macerating orange peels into the rhum and adding spices and cane sugar to taste.
The grassy funk that is present in the rhum agricole creates a balanced sharpness without being overly sweet. The orange bitters adds just enough depth to create another layer.
