Originally a signature cocktail named the De Rigueur at a competing restaurant called the Vendome Club in the 1930s, it’s unknown how this drink ended up at the Brown Derby.
This particular spec is balanced, easy to remember, and delicious.
It’s equally good with white or ruby red grapefruit juice.
