Scorpion

This is typically served in a large bowl and meant to be shared by multiple guests via the use of long straws. Fire is usually involved. Designed to combine traditional shared punches with the ceremonies of the kava bowl, tiki bowls create a communal bonding experience. This is a single serving version of the Scorpion Bowl recipe served at Smuggler’s Cove. It’s based on the 1958 version from Steve Crane’s Luau in Beverly Hills which in turn was based on the original from Trader Vic.
