Originally hailing from the Lord Baltimore Hotel in Baltimore, this cocktail was named after its Diamondback Lounge.
This is one of those cocktails that feature every ingredient. The Yellow Chartreuse provides the sweetness along with a beautiful herbal note that heightens the applejack flavors.
The version here uses two 100-proof spirits as specified by Death & Co.
The result is one mean cocktail with a hell of a bite.
