Funky Monkey Daiquiri

Wanting a very Jamaican hogo-heavy funk-filled banana daiquiri, this is what ended up in my glass. I chose three Jamaican rums with very different funk profiles to combine with the lovely cooked, spiced banana flavor of the Tempus Fugit Crème de Banane. This accentuated and did not compete with the overripe banana flavors found in the rums. Using another banana liqueur like the equally great one by Giffard would bring in a fresh banana flavor and be quite different, but just as good.
