Carol of the Beach

Here we have a cocktail that fits perfectly beside the classics of the past. It has a ton of ingredients that all combine to create a harmonious new flavor that still allows each component to be identified. Layering in the juices and spices makes for a cocktail just as suited for these winter months as it would in the sunny tropics. That’s not an easy feat. Maybe next Christmas I’ll be sipping cocktails on a tropical beach.
