Elves of the Caribbean

Every cocktail Brian Maxwell creates is top-notch, well considered and delicious. Many of them are, as far as I’m concerned, new classics. He created and published a new cocktail for each of the first 100 days of the Pandemic. This guy must have a team of elves working with him. Brian says, “I originally conceive this idea blending Scotch with agricole in this drink as a blending of generations. R(h)um may be front and center these days, but I always think about the older generation around the holidays, sipping on their Scotch.”
