Nutty Like a Fruit Cake

I’m not fan of mainstream spiced rum. The massive amount of sweetener and flavor added just makes for a fairly disgusting product as far as I’m concerned. It’s a difficult ingredient to incorporate into a cocktail because of all that added sugar. If you have to go spiced rum, then there are a couple brands worthy of buying. One of them is made by Foursquare. It’s only got a fraction of the sweetness as the big brands and isn’t that massive vanilla-bomb that one might expect. It’s also extremely inexpensive so why not grab a bottle?
