Voyager

Robert Hess named this drink after imagining what the tiki culture of the 1940s and 1950s was like. He felt it must have been like a mini tropical vacation. Naming the drink the Voyager seems appropriate. This drink gets most of its sweetness from the Falernum with spicy-sweet notes coming from the Bénédictine. The lime balances the whole thing. It’s a simple drink and when done right, these are the ones that are perfectly delicious. This one is done right.
