Imperfect Storm

The Hurricane cocktail is as an iconic drink forever associated with New Orleans. That’s due in large part to it being the signature drink of Pat O’Brien’s bar in the French Quarter. Sadly, it’s not common to find the original version served at many places other than tiki bars. I guess the Hurricane is just calling out for variations to be made. What started out as a Hurricane riff, this version spun out of control. It’s no longer anything like a Hurricane so I named it the Imperfect Storm.
