Café Carré
A riff on one of my absolute favorite cocktails, the Vieux Carré, this variation replaces the Bénédictine’s herbaceousness with a heavier dose of coffee.
This one won’t topple the original recipe on my list of cocktails I enjoy, but it was a pleasant variation for a change of pace.

Instructions
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a double rocks glass over a large cube. Express and garnish with a lemon peel.
