Looking for something different to make, I found a cocktail on the cocktail virgin slut blog run by Frederic Yarm. He explains that upon pondering the orgeat-curaçao combo found in a Mai Tai, he was lead into making a mashup drink.
It combines elements from the Japanese Cocktail and the Sidecar to create this unique twist.
This great cocktail is so simple and yet so refined. Every ingredient can be individually tasted.

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a sugar-rimmed cocktail coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
