Mr. Swizzle
This was my attempt to make a drink using coffee liqueur that is refreshing and bright.
It combines the smoky, almost burnt sugar flavor of Demerara rum, honey and coffee.
The whole thing is then opened up by the lemon juice and the clove spiced notes of the falernum add depth.
Enjoy a few of these at brunch time!

Instructions
Add everything to a tall glass filled three-quarters with crushed ice. Swizzle with a stick or spoon. Top up with more crushed ice and garnish with a lemon wheel.
