Werewolf’s Fang
Here is a Halloween riff of the classic Cobra’s Fang cocktail.
I like the way the allspice dram plays with the tart passion fruit and blood orange juice.
Passion fruit syrup is supposed to be tart. If yours is sweet, omit the Demerara syrup entirely.
Be careful. These bite hard!

Add everything to tin. Flash blend or shake with crushed ice. Pour into highball glass or tiki mug. Top with more crushed ice and garnish with mint and a pineapple wedge.
