Cocktails calling for Irish Whiskey don’t come around that often. I think Redbreast or Powers would work just as well if not better here. Take special care to use quality banana and crème de cacao liqueurs as this would be absolutely terrible with the bottom shelf, cloyingly sweet and artificial tasting bottles that one might typically find. The balance relies on good choices. Together these two liqueurs tame the bitterness of the Campari and create an unexpectedly complex, bittersweet final flavor.
