Putting Cynar front and center, we’re given a well-crafted tiki cocktail with tons of depth.
Created by bartender Jen Akin of Seattle, she describes this drink saying, “The nuttiness of the orgeat and the tart fruit from the passion fruit play beautifully with Cynar; [it’s] a perfectly balanced bittersweet and tropical cocktail.”
I’d have to agree with her.
This might be the cocktail those having trouble enjoying the Jungle Bird need to try.

Instructions
Shake all ingredients with crushed ice until chilled and open pour into a double old fashioned glass or a tropical tiki mug. Garnish with an orchid and a mint bouquet.
