A few years ago I was sitting at the Pagan Idol bar having a conversation with Jeanie Grant who was working at the time. She was telling me about her love for unaged spirits. I tasted a few products and started to wrap my brain around the topic.
Before that night, I had only had perhaps one rhum agricole blanc and one Haitian clairin so was really clueless about it all.
Jeanie is responsible for opening my eyes to this whole category of spirits and this cocktail of hers really highlights their beauty.

Add ingredients in blender with crushed ice. Blend for 30 seconds until smooth. Pour into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a banana chip and freshly grated cinnamon.
