Aquadisiac
This is one of the better “blue drinks” because it follows a traditional and balanced recipe spec.
That spec is the perfectly crafted 1944 Trader Vic Mai Tai but has lemon replacing the lime juice, making it tart and refreshing.
As always, a quality blue curaçao is really important in this cocktail. Something overly sweet or artificial will ruin this drink.
If you can’t find one, use a quality orange curaçao and add your own blue food coloring.

Shake all ingredients with crushed ice until chilled and open pour into a double old fashioned glass. Garnish with the spent lemon shell and a mint sprig.
