Raspberry Daiquiri
Looking to use up my homemade raspberry-infused syrup, I decided to make a flavored daiquiri using an otherwise standard build.
I wanted a traditional daiquiri with the fruit notes incorporated into it rather than the overly sweet and artificial slushy types that one typically sees. This drink is tart as a daiquiri should be but very clearly tastes of raspberries.
This type of syrup gives a more subtle and fresh raspberry taste without being as intensely flavored as cooking it down in a saucepan.
