The Pandemic has me quite bored and really missing going out to the bars here in San Francisco.
One bar in particular I miss is Whitechapel; a gin-focused bar featuring hundreds of gins and an incredibly diverse cocktail menu.
This drink is particularly refreshing and I’ve ordered it many times to share with folks who declare they hate Fernet-Branca.
It’s a beautiful example of how Fernet can blend seamlessly without being overwhelmingly present.

Add everything to tin. Shake with crushed or cracked ice. Pour directly into a highball glass. Garnish with an orange zest.
