Mr. Bodi Hai

I was excited to find this cocktail as it specifically calls for Bajan rum. Rums from Barbados are some of my absolute favorites. Inspired by the iconic classic Mr. Bali Hai cocktail that introduced us to the pineapple juice and coffee flavor combo, this riff switches up the rum and ratios and introduces toasted macadamia nut orgeat and banana liqueur to the mix. I had to sub regular orgeat into this cocktail but still found it to be a really great variation.
