Cora Middleton

Coming from The South American Gentleman’s Companion, author Charles H. Baker Jr. writes that Cora Middleton is really a “cocktail, not a lady; although somewhere in the dim and distant past it probably was named for some female of consequence to some good mixing-man.” Essentially a Clover Club cocktail with rum instead of gin and lime instead of lemon, this is a vast improvement. The luscious and creamy texture mixed with the raspberry makes this a decadent treat.
