Infante

What started out as a tequila sour or Tommy’s Margarita, this drink uses Orgeat as its sweetener. It was named after the great Mexican actor and crooner Pedro Infante who died in 1957. The addition of the orange flower water and nutmeg adds a whole other layer to this. Orange bitters could be used as a sub if needed.
