Jasmine

Refreshing and not too sweet, this drink would appeal to a wider array of preferences and even to those people averse to the bitterness of Campari. The best description for its flavor is that it tastes nearly like ruby red grapefruit juice. Originally created by Paul Harrington of the Pacific Northwest, this spec was perfected by bartender extraordinaire Jim Meehan. I find this version far more balanced than the original.
